Walking is one of the best things you can do for your health amid coronavirus

Rock G. Positano, DPM, MSc, MPH, DSc, director of the non-surgical Foot and Ankle Service at HSS, writes an opinion article for The New York Post explaining that walking is the new gold standard during this present crisis.

He writes that “walking will positively affect your general health, including improving blood pressure, staving off diabetes and regulating blood sugar, losing weight, reducing stress, and, of course, maintaining your mental health".
