If you find wall angels challenging, you can try modifications to make them more manageable. For instance, you can perform wall angels with a smaller range of motion, ensuring your elbows don't go above shoulder height.
“Just do what you can in a comfortable range without forcing it,” says Solomon. “It shouldn't hurt.”
