CBS Sports reported on Minnesota Timberwolves guard Donte DiVincenzo undergoing surgery by Martin J. O'Malley, MD, foot and ankle surgeon at HSS, after suffering a ruptured right Achilles tendon during Timberwolves' Game 4 win over the Nuggets.

Dr. O'Malley also repaired the torn Achilles of Jayson Tatum in May 2025. The fact that the procedure took place within 24 hours of DiVincenzo's injury should help with the recovery.
