One of the most important adaptations is an increase in stroke volume, meaning the heart becomes stronger and more efficient, allowing it to pump more blood with each heartbeat,” Yusuff said. “As a result, the heart does not need to work as hard during exercise or daily activities.”

Read the full article at verywellhealth.com. Yusuff recommended trying to stand up and move around regularly. “While this can be challenging with desk-based work, aiming to stand up and move at least once every hour, ideally every 30 minutes, can make a meaningful difference,” he said. “In addition, incorporating glute activation and strengthening exercises is critical for restoring proper function and improving strength in the glutes.”

Read the full article at verywellhealth.com

news,Yusuff,Rehabilitation,performance
