Rockets' Mbah A Moute Will Likely Need Surgery, But That May Be Able To Wait Until After Playoffs
Forbes featured a bylined article by HSS sports medicine surgeon Joshua S. Dines, MD, about Houston Rockets' Luc Mbah a Moute's recent shoulder dislocation.
Dr. Dines pointed out that once a shoulder dislocates, it's important to put it back in place as soon as possible.
"The pain from the injury typically dissipates relatively quickly. After the pain subsides and an athlete regains their full range of motion and strength, they can return to play," wrote Dr. Dines.
