NY1 reports on the National Foam Rolling Day event hosted by HSS on May 11, 2019, at Madison Square Garden. Nearly 200 people participated in the event, and physicians were onsite to teach proper foam rolling techniques. Foam rollers are used by people in need of rehabilitation following surgery, and also by those who are looking to stay in shape.
