NBA.com reports that Cleveland Cavaliers' Kevin Love does not need surgery to repair his broken left hand.

Love was examined by the Cavaliers medical team as well as Michelle G. Carlson, MD, hand and upper extremity surgeon at HSS. 

Love will undergo non-surgical treatment and is projected to be out for approximately eight weeks.
