Patients whose doctors practice at the Paramus office of HSS will no longer have to head into Manhattan if they need surgery.

A ribbon cutting was held recently to open the HSS Northern NJ Surgery Center on Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah.

HSS is a practice whose doctors focus on orthopedics and sports injuries. The Mahwah surgery center will focus on specialized care for conditions and injuries of the hip and knee, spine, foot and ankle, hand and wrist, as well as sports medicine surgery.
