HSS has been named a 2025 Human Experience Award Winner by Press Ganey in the following categories: 

Guardian of Excellence for Inpatient HCAHPS Performance

This award recognizes organizations that scored in the top 5 percent of Press Ganey clients and are being recognized amongst other organizations across the nation that show the highest levels of standards in Inpatient HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Performance. HSS has achieved this award consecutively since 2013.

Pinnacle of Excellence for OASCAHPS Performance at the HSS West Side ASC

This award recognizes the three highest performing organizations within Press Ganey’s All Client database based on an average of the survey measures over a 3-year period. This is the first time the West Side ASC has been awarded this honor.
