Inside Lacrosse reports on the recent HSS symposium, "Keep Her in the Game," in which young female athletes, accompanied by their families and coaches, participated in a day of programming designed to encourage their continued enrollment in athletics. 

At the core of the initiative, Karen M. Sutton, MD, sports medicine surgeon at HSS, credits her passion and dedication to helping others reach their fullest potential, as part of her daily motivation to keeping the female athletes, colleagues, and role models she works with on a regular basis empowered.
