Emblem revamps plans for city workers
Crain's New York Business reported that EmblemHealth and HSS created new health plans for New York City employees that eliminate out-of-pocket costs when patients visit HSS for care.
According to the article, the plan will offer a designated customer service team member who can find physicians and scheduled appointments.
The new revamped program will be offered to HMO members on January 1, 2019 and will roll out to PPO members by July 1, 2019.
