NBCSports.com reports the Golden State Warriors have issued a statement confirming Kevin Durant underwent surgery on June 12 for a ruptured Achilles tendon, performed by Martin J. O’Malley, MD, foot and ankle surgeon at HSS, at the Hospital’s main campus in New York City.
