Becker’s Spine Review reports Frank Schwab, MD, Chief Emeritus of the HSS Spine service line, was named the new Vice Chair of the HSS Innovation Institute.

The HSS Innovation Institute serves as the commercialization arm for new ideas within the musculoskeletal field. In his new role, Dr. Schwab is responsible for advancing the institution’s culture and innovation and bridging the gap between clinician, scientists, industry partners and the Innovation Institute.
