Our Sports Central reported on D.C. United defender Sean Nealis undergoing shoulder surgery by Tony Wanich, MD, sports medicine surgeon at HSS. The surgery was performed on Monday, April 6th to repair Nealis' clavicle after sustaining an injury in a match against FC Dallas.

Nealis is expected to be sidelined for approximately six to eight weeks as he completes rehabilitation.
