Carl Banks, two time Super Bowl Champion with the New York Giants, appears on Giants Access Blue to discuss the injuries he has endured during his career. Banks explains the most significant injury he encountered was during the 1990 Super Bowl against the Dallas Cowboys, when he dislocated his wrist. Banks went to HSS for reconstructive surgery performed by Russell Warren, MD, sports medicine surgeon at HSS, and also received treatment from Andrew J. Weiland, MD, hand and upper extremity surgeon at HSS, for an infection he developed following the surgery.
