Crain’s New York Business reports BetterPT, the app that enables people to schedule physical therapy appointments online, has raised $5 million dollars in a Series A round of financing, that includes backing from HSS.

Those practices are a mix of HSS-run facilities and independent clinics that have been vetted by the Hospital. Since April 2018, patients have booked 30,000 appointments through the service.
