SilverSneakers.com spoke to Ashley Fluger, CSCS, CPT, sports performance specialist at HSS, who discussed two approaches to consider for using bodyweight exercises. For those tight on time or want to supplement their existing routine with extra strength work, Fluger suggested picking two or three exercises for a quick, do anywhere bodyweight workout. For a longer, full-body strength session, Fluger advised to complete all five exercises. Furthermore, Fluger explained how to perform each exercise and ways to increase the level of difficulty.
