A Legacy of Healing: HSS (Hospital for Special Surgery) Hosts its 40th Tribute Dinner

HSS hosted its 40th Tribute Dinner at the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan raising over $6.5 million for education, research, and patient care. The gala honored Kendrick R. Wilson, III, HSS Chairman Emeritus, with the Tribute Dinner Award.

Todd J. Albert, MD, Surgeon-in-Chief Emeritus and orthopedic spine surgeon, and Joel M. Press, MD, Physiatrist-in-Chief, were presented with Lifetime Achievement Awards.

Sade Baderinwa, WABC-TV Eyewitness News anchor hosted the event which featured entertainment by Emmy Award-winning comedian Jim Gaffigan and a musical performance by The Castellows.
